No, I don't think it was the low B that was out but it doesn't matter. My short scale guitars can't cope with a low B. C is the limit for them. Mind you a very low action doesn't help. Phil Just re read my post and it sounds rather dismissive of what you said Cams. It wasn't meant to be because you may well be right Phil No worries Phil. I didn't take it that way at all, but I appreciate your post. Thank you sir.

B is really pushing it for a short scale but wasn’t that guitar an OM? You could Probably get away with the almost drone sound. I don’t go below C even with a fan fret. It was a 000-45 Andy.

I think Clive can play most anything and he’s probably the best steel string guitarist there is at the moment.
As for the albums, he’ll be mainly financing CDs himself and I suppose he only really flogs decent number when he is on tour. And as he does other stuff he’s not continuously gigging.
Even Martin Simpson only produces an album every couple of years and he’s gigging all the time!
