Love the sound of the Martin's that these two have, excellent Warning - no vocals. In fact I would go so far as to say Julian Lage can do no wrong in my eyes Phil

Absolutely lovely... Possibly only improved by a few loons in the background... Seriously! Try playing the vids simultaneously...could have been made for each other.

Premier Guitars page on Facebook has a great session video of them playing together. Just watched it. I agree that Julian Lage can do no wrong whether with Nels Cline, Chris Eldridge or solo.

Premier Guitars page on Facebook has a great session video of them playing together. I watched that last night after your suggestion and enjoyed it. I notice Julian was a playing his own new Collings OM1 T with the same finish as the Waterloo range. Hope that is just the finish and not the excess glue around the bracing internally Phil

I have two Waterloos for my taste and love of blues and roots they are phenomenal guitars. Collings make great guitars I recently played their take on a Gibson 335, it was the best electric I've tried. Would have to sell the car to afford it.

Don't get me wrong, I think the Waterloo line (sounds like a tube track) are lovely looking and and good sounding guitars which is the main thing. I sound like a Julian Lage groupie but have you seen him playing one on the AG interview? Astonishing. I think our very own Riverman is a fan of Waterloo guitars too. Phil

I agree he is so gifted. Yes seen the AG video and the one with Nils Cline on Fretboard Journal is class too. He plays on Nils new CD Lovers too. I'll have to order Arc Light next.
