Anyone using one of these? I just ordered one to go with the PA for the bands I'm in. It seems really versatile. I use a Baggs Venue DI and Para Acoustic DI for my two guitars and like them both. I needed another DI for a third guitar for ceilidh band weddings, but I can also use it for clarsach in smaller ceilidh band gigs when we share the two guitars instead of using three, and for electric upright bass in the bluegrass band. It has a switch to go from guitar to bass that adjusts the frequencies of the EQ settings.
The compression knob might be useful. That's a thing I've only ever used for tracking in my DAW. My new mixing console has compression too, so it'll be another learning experience figuring out where to use it and how much to use.
Anyone else using the Fishman?
I'll report back when I've used it. I've got three gigs next weekend - all small, so I'll use it on clarsach and upright electric bass and see how I get on. I may swap it one night with the Venue DI and have the bass player use that, just to compare.

A little compression on guitar can be good - certainly compression on a picked solo, though I would use a pedal for that.
