I videoed a recent band practice using a Zoom Q2 HD camera and watched and listened back to a bit of it on the device itself, through headphones and the internal speaker. Unfortunately, when I've tried to watch it either through the tv via the hdml cable or by sticking the SD card into the laptop, I find that I'm getting video only. I know this is now a fairly outdated bit of kit but I'd have thought I could figure something out. The computer is running Windows 10. Does anyone have any advice? I must warn you, I'm a total cyberdunce. So I probably won't understand any advice you might give.

I've had this happen to me too. The .mov files created on the Zoom only seem to play audio when you use Quicktime. If you convert them to .wmv files they will play video and audio on the windows software. You can download free video converters to do this. Alternatively download Quicktime and play the original .mov files using this.

If this reply (or one similar) pops up twice, apologies. I typed a reply and I was sure I posted it, but there's no sign of it now; like I said "cyberdunce".
Thanks Dave, I'll try one or more of your suggestions. I have an old computer which I think is still limping on, I might try it on that first.
Cheers
Pete
