Well the Terz has it which I think will make for an interesting Road Trip - I just have to think a little about getting a case for it that will survive possible posting/couriering between participants.
Can I now ask for confirmations of who is up for taking part in a Road Trip for a Terz guitar an suggestions on how long a period for each participant to have the guitar?

Instead of Dave White lending out an instrument to travel around the country, for this particular Forum Road Trip I'd see like Dave White travel the country and visit forum members and play them songs to us like a medieval minstrel and we will compensate Dave with cheese & pickle sandwiches & cans of special brew.
*** Having played a few of the instruments in question and knowing how enjoyable the guitars are to play, choosing one of the 4 instruments above is even the more difficult. As a Road Trip instrument I believe the Big Boy would be the guitar I would most like to hear in the hands of other players as I remember it to be an instrument of great versatility.

Sadly in this instance, David has defeated Goliath again....but hey, maybe I can play the Terz with heavy strings, tuned down to C. Wonderwall here we come! I'm well up for taking part in the roadtrip with your Terz, Dave. I think two weeks is a good amount of time to get acquainted with the little beastie, allowing for delivery/handover times in between.

Yes I'm up for taking part! I think 2 weeks has worked well in the past for each participant's custody.
In terms of a case you could look at the TKL parlour, model 7875 I think. My Brook Creedy was supplied in one of these, you're welcome to try it for size next time our paths cross.
Cheers

Deffo up for the Terz, yes please. If I'm first on the list I think we should have it for several months each. If not, then one day each until my turn, then several months each. A fortnight seemed to work well enough on previous occasions Dave. Looking forward to this! Keith

Well, I was late on the RT schedule last time, and missed out entirely Surely I need to have the first two months weeks trial?

Count me in please, Dave. I’m so pleased the Terz has won.
A week would be great. Two would be twicer as greater!
I shall refrain from pig butchery for at least two weeks prior to the expected date of arrival.

As I voted for the Terz, I would be daft not to want to try the real thing! So please add me to the list if it's possible.
As far as length of time goes I would consider any length to try such a guitar, however minimal, would be a privilege!
The two weeks that has been mentioned a few times already certainly sounds long enough to get a full experience.

Coming late to this, but I'd quite like to get involved in the Road Trip. Based near Edinburgh.

Neither of us too far from Martin as well.

Hi Dave, would be great to take part if you're happy for the guitar to enter the far east and be eyed with interest by young'uns!

Joe - I've not been able to find one of those for sale in the UK and am going to try an adapted 3/4 size guitar case. OK - so far signed up for the Road Trip I have: Mike FloorstandrobmcocarolanscorpiodogleorobertsandrewjwearthbalmandyhowelllavamanvikingbluesstringdriventhingMartinIf I've missed anyone let me know or if I've included you by mistake let me know or if there are other takers let me know
