Not sure what chord this is but it sounds lovely. I got it after exploring an alternative E I found on a website. The tab is X07750 alternating to X07760, giving a kind of a minor to major sonority. Chord shape

Although the obvious chord for the x07750 is Asus4 I think it could be looked at as Dsus2 with an A bass note, alternating with Dm add2 with an A bass note (the x07760). Which does give a major / minor aspect. This is according to my copy of the Guitarator Toolbox Software rather than any great knowledge on my part.

There's usually several possible names for a chord, largely depending on what you take as the root note, and the context in which the chord appears....
