Good idea or not?
My wife isn’t as keen at listening to me play as I am to play. Would this be a good compromise?
Obviously it would be slightly overheard and it wouldn’t sound the same but is there a major downside?

.............. is there a major downside? You won't be able to hear the telly any more, or be able to play along with any bits of music that come on. Keith

Keith Let’s disect that a little You won't be able to hear the telly any more - think that’s an upside! or be able to play along with any bits of music that come on - as I can’t do that anyway that must be a neutral.
