Maybe its not important, but it occurs to me that the recording quality might be very poor. I also spent a lot of time in Les Cousins in the late sixties and early seventies and the PA facilities were very basic and as young people today say, very "random". On one memorable occasion Ron Geesin took a bathroom break halfway through reciting a poem, but continued his recital from the toilet! Sounds like a unique live experience! I think this is a compilation of tracks by artists who played at Les Cousins from other sources?

So is it pronounced "Les Cousins" or "Les Cousins"? Peter Strangely, there don't appear to be any tacks by Les himself on the album.

I have at least a dozen banjos. I’m only two junctions further down from where you would turn off to go to Eagle Music. You’re welcome here to get an idea of what you might want before you go to Eagle. They’re mainly Deering dealers, in fact they’re the biggest dealer in the world. They’re nice people and I’ve bought and sold through them several times. They have two of my banjos on consignment at the moment. Anyway you’re very welcome here. I had a Deering Boston 6 sting banjo back around 2000. Like you I thought it would be easier but I didn’t like it . Sold it to John Pearse. We both lived in the USA at the time. Just been today and got this. Lovely people and very knowledgeable. Just off to buy some dungarees now as well. (0: A rocking chair is also mandatory, I believe.
