Warm thanks for sharing your experience with us! I've played the GT 811e last week and I liked very much. It's comfortable for my right shoulder and really sounds good. It was a pity the Urban Ash was out of stock. Playing an all koa guitar for sometime now I can imagine how good does your K21e is. Very good choice for sure ;-)

Dear friends, I've posted this on another forum but I think I will found more Lowden players here. I came from a Collings OM2H, which I sold due to the V neck, to the Lowden F32 I'm playing now. Both are wonderful instruments! Since last week I'm experienced a pain in my arm/shoulder. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this when playing an F. Do you think the pain have to do with the guitar? The lower bout width and the body depth of the F is quite different from the OM2H than I imagined. Regards from the sunny Lisbon to all of you

I'm glad you decided to do that. A good setup is worth its weight in gold! I always take all my guitars for a setup when i first get them. I know a chap who has some lovely guitars but never gets any of them set up. They all play terrible. Factory setup isn’t always best. +1

I think Furch offers 3 year warranty...

Thanks, Andy. As they have different mic positions I'm wondering which is the best option...

Thanks for all the good comments posted here! For my purposes, I think I will go for a basic digital recorder. Any thoughts on the Zoom H1N and the Tascam DR-05 V2? Which one would be better for fingerstyle recording? Regards from the sunny Lisbon!

I play with the fingers, only. Laurence Juber plays without a thumb pick and he is one of my favourites fingerstyle players.

Thanks for your comments. Erno from Stageshop in Hungary told me this, too. I admit Furch new series are a step forward but there's a lack of detailed information and reviews which doesn't makes me feel confident in buying. I would like to know more about that "unique voicing process" and the "exceptional finish" as stated on Furch website.

I'm bumping this topic to hear some thoughts from the Furch owners, especially on the Sitka spruce/rosewood combo (I've found the cedar top too dark for my liking) like on the G24SR and on the new Orange series. I'm looking for an alternative to Taylor because I've played several and they were inconsistent, IMHO. As there's no Furch dealer I will buy at distance and I've read comments about issues with the build quality (finish, for example) here and there. Thanks in advance!
