Looking for a recommendation for a pair of headphones to plug into my practice amp.
Don’t need to be “studio quality” but robust, comfortable and at the budget end of the scale. Wireless would be nice but I’m assuming that a decent low latency set wouldn’t come cheaply?

My favourites are my Shure SRH840. They are closed back so cut out some of the room and also isolate the guitar tone from going into the room. They're very comfy so I often have to steal them back from my 12 year old son who likes to use them on his PC. I got mine from an Amazon reseller for about £100 if I remember correctly.
For my studio I use my open back Senheisers HD580s and HD650s. There is a lot of bleed with them, but for studio work they're excellent.

HD600s here for the last decade, but wired, pricey and studio quality, so not what you are looking for.

For the same purpose I got some Roland RH50's ages ago - still going strong - wired (nice long cable though - not heavy, but not flimsy either), perfectly adequate quality for the task, closed back, comfortable and nicely budget-priced.
I think the equivalent current model is the RH5?
Roland stuff usually seems pretty solid value - among my toys I've got a couple of amps, a midi keyboard, monitor speakers and a looper pedal all Roland (or sub-species thereof) - and all good stuff.

I like the Sennheisers but some have a flatter signal than other - both are better at some things than the other one. See if you can find a dealer who will let you audition them.
