A rather splendid live acoustic number (in my uninformed opinion ) which you may not have seen as it's from two members of a symphonic metal band.
What a shame about the opening and closing Planet Rock "jingle", which does it best to ruin the mood.
Anyone know the make of guitar Troy is playing?

It's a Fylde, Mark. He has loads of Roger's instruments. That one looks like a cutaway Oberon.

Many thanks for the info Keith. I'm not surprised with it being a Fylde as I've found Troy usually seems to have good taste. He certainly makes it sound very good, as he does with his Uilleann Pipes, Bouzoukis, Low Whistles, High Whistles, Bodhrans, Citterns, and all the other instruments he plays. I've enjoyed his music with Iona, The Bad Shepherds, Nightwish, and his own solo work. Very down to earth, humorous and very musically talented. On the back of a search following your information, I've just seen a MusicRadar video where Troy talks about Fylde and in particular his 30 year old Fylde Oberon which had the cutaway put in by Roger just recently. He mentioned having around 10 Fyldes and said Fylde were the best guitars. Sadly the sound quality on the video is awful, and why do talk videos need to always have background music - it's annoying.
