One of my saved eBay search terms is Mariner guitars. This was a short-lived British company from around 2010 who produced lots of solid-wood models at very cheap prices (think they are either Indonesian or Chinese made, but nice designs). I tried out one or two of them and they were very nice but at the time I wasn't in the market for yet another guitar. Always kept an eye on them though as a few of their models had a 1.75" nut width (this thread follows nicely from that other recent thread about wider nuts) and a lot of all-solid models. They rarely crop up for sale used but suddenly there seem to be a bunch of them on eBay. www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=mariner+acoustic+guitar&_sacat=0I would be tempted by this nice-looking little Parlour. Solid cedar top and solid Paulownia back and sides, Sonokeling fingerboard, 1.75 nut width, bone nut. But I have a cheapo jazz guitar from Gear4Music arriving today which I still haven't thought of a good enough excuse for to explain to my other half! www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mariner-Cutter-Parlor-Style-Acoustic-Guitar-With-Soft-Case/114414351456?hash=item1aa3a07460:g:N90AAOSwMBFfWnaT
