An excellent guitar for blues or about anything else, an excellent sounding and playing guitar.
Made by Eastwood and based on the classic Harmony models H44 and H88 but without the classic price tag
24 3/4” scale length 1 11/16” nut width 20 fret neck with 14 fret body join Ash Body Baseball bat Maple neck Taxicab Yellow Rosewood fingerboard and bridge Excellent sounding Dual mini humbuckers in line with a 3 way switch, master volume and master tone
This guitar has a brilliant vintage baseball bat neck like the original guitars and like we rarely see any more, despite its size, it’s a very comfortable neck with a great D profile.
The condition is near perfect aside from a barely visible body scratch or two and a tiny headstock dent (photographed)
I’ve a thin guitar bag I will put the guitar in for shipping
£400 plus shipping
I will consider trades too, full or partial, things including a good banjo, cool old guitars, broken ones included, or many other things, I like about anything oddball or old.
NewDave: And like a sinner before the gates of heaven I'll come crawling on back to you......

curmudgeon: We had our jabs yesterday - Hands up everyone else who has had their jab - no not that arm - use the arm that doesn't hurt!

martinrowe: Good on you, curmudgeon

scorpiodog: Yep. Had my first one. Second in 12 weeks. Will it make any difference? That largely depends on Superthatch and his minions. One thing for sure, once you give a politician power, it takes for ever for him to relinquish his authority. Lockdown continues.

NewDave: On Tipping Point today: Q: The Suffolk Punch is a breed of which equine animal? A: A tiger.
Feb 16, 2021 16:16:37 GMT
curmudgeon: What is tipping point, and tell us more about these East Anglian tigers?
Feb 16, 2021 19:58:12 GMT
NewDave: Tipping Point is a quiz show. The East Anglian tigers exist only in the mind of a contestant. That one will probably be in the next issue of Private Eye. The correct answer was, perhaps unsurprisingly, a horse.

NewDave: Mind you, another contestant was asked to give the correct name for a person who cares for goats and answered shepherd. I watch it for the drama.

NewDave: John Wick on the telly, a guitar and a glass of whiskey. It's a good night tonight.

curmudgeon: Bulb.co.uk . Is Terry an appropriate name for a unicorn? Just asking.

martinrowe: If you're introducing him formally then it's probably best to use Title and Surname as well. Context is everything.

NewDave: Some excellent work on the Word Association thread. Well played gentlemen.
Feb 24, 2021 12:10:05 GMT
scorpiodog: I don't do the word association thingy, but I have just looked and am deeply impressed by the cleverness that exudes from the thread. My hat is off to you, Gentlemen (of any gender).

Onechordtrick: Just realised it’s over a year since I last went into the office. Hope I didn’t leave anything in the fridge.
Feb 26, 2021 17:20:25 GMT
NewDave: I once found a fruit corner that was more than 4 years old at the back of my fridge. I opened it to see if I had created life. It looked fine so I ate it.

NewDave: Re-watching The Graduate and the cast are all very watchable but my God the plot is a load of twaddle.

andrewjw: Are you saying you have never fancied an older woman?!
Feb 28, 2021 15:22:51 GMT
scorpiodog: There aren't that many older women left any more.
