Evening All,
I wanted to share some good fortune on a new guitar and a cover of More Than Enough by Robb Johnson/ Martin Simpson. It seems as though Fylde are the guitars for me.
It seems partly like an anthem for our time and one that isn’t going anywhere anytime quickly.

Beautiful guitar and delightful performance. Thanks for posting.
What is the collective noun for Fyldes, I wonder? A zero-fret, a Roger,....?

Lovely song and beautifully played and sung on a beautiful guitar. I have a feeling that I might be the 'offender' referred to in the video regarding a guitar by a certain Northumbrian luthier... Sorry about that, but in my defence, I bought in good faith.
Glad you've found a lovely alternative though and it sounds great on the video so must be even better in person.

Not really an 'Offender' at all and i have no qualms about it at all It seems as though i am fated to own Fylde's. My dad has one from the 70's that i have grown up with and whilst i owned one of Martin's Sobell's for a time i let it go. Since then i have missed several opportunities to buy Sobell's but been very successful in getting hold of the Fylde's i have and will have too. I'm glad the Sobell has found a good home. Regards

Enjoyed that a lot..... I like Robb Johnson, the writer, doing this and of course he plays a Brook guitar as well I believe Phil PS just listened to the MS version which is excellent!

Beautiful playing on a lovely guitar. Roger along with George Lowden was an enormous influence on my early building.

Very beautiful guitar and a superb cover - nicely Martin Simpsonesque, both in guitar and vocal. Mark
