A bargain right there. Similar to the one I've got for sale (but not as cool) and a fair bit cheaper.... Yours definitely gets points for cool and rarity. I'm sure I heard that they only made 180 of them. If I didn't already have quite a nice spruce/hog guitar I'd be tempted by both of them.

I bought a 1940's Martin 00-17 from Glenn years ago. As it turns out, I ended up selling it back to him around 5 years later, to fund another Waterloo (the Stella in this case) purchase. He's a nice guy, and has a treasure trove of vintage instruments you can try to see if any fit.

What a nice site and great guitars, very tempted by the 70's Falstaff, the first decent guitar I ever owned was a Falstaff bought from "Sounds Acoustic" in Manchester for £320 in 1982, that was way more than I earned in a month! I remember A/B ing it against a Martin for ages playing "Anji" and "See that girl sitting on the fence" - my only two songs at the time. The shop staff kindly helped me make the decision....
