Not sure if this is the right place for this but an internet friend and fellow acoustic guitar player of mine has took the trouble to learn one of my compositions which makes me quite chuffed His name is Remy Le Fer and he lives in France. Here it is :- It's quite a good rendition I think. Phil

Very fine job too. But your touch and musicality, Phil, make your version extra special. Keith

For me, there is no bigger buzz than having someone else think one of my songs is worth performing. Unlike you, Phil Taylor, the cover version is usually an improvement Nevertheless, bask in knowledge that someone liked it so much they tried...

That's a lovely piece, and very well played. As Leo said, it's one of the bigger buzzes in music, when someone thinks enough of something you've written to introduce it into their own repertoire. well done.

I enjoyed your friend's version Phil, would be impossible to mimic your style so interesting to hear it played his way. Enjoy the well deserved buzz!

Very brave of someone to play one of your pieces Phil as you've set the performance bar for the piece so very high already! Mark

"Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" ...Oscar Wilde And coming from France even more so ! It would be tres bien if Remy would join our club and share his enjoyment of things acoustic. Phil Taylor I expect you have already sent him a barrel of Thwaites in thanks for his good taste !

He's does a lot on YT, Facebook and the AGF and that's all that I know about so he probably hasn't got time for here 🙂
