I'm searching for a OM/OOO sized acoustic, maybe smaller, with a scale length of no more than 25" and a bridge string spacing of 57mm or a little more but with a price that's under £800. A nut width of 45mm (1 3/4") would also be preferred. Any ideas please?

Some nice Eastman models in your price range that would likely suit. All solid and extremely well put together. Likewise Faith

Have you heard of Woodpecker Guitars? They specialise in smaller guitars.

Thanks for your replies. Neither Eastman nor Faith produces a guitar with my specs within my price range particularly the 57mm string spacing. And Woodpecker has a very limited range with nothing to suit me either. But I'm always interested to hear about other guitar makes especially in the UK and Europe.

How about Tanglewood? I'm pretty sure they have O and OM sized guitars

I've playd a few Tanglewoods over the last few years and havebeen pretty impressed — they may have this kind of guitar in their range.

Thanks for your replies. Tanglewoods have OM/OOO models but I haven't found any with short scales or wide string spacings. Never heard of Thomann/Harley Benton so I'll check those out, thanks. Blueridge models also have standard scale lengths. I've thought about Recording King but they're hard to obtain in the UK and I understand have problems with lifting bridges but I'll check out the ones listed. Don't think they have short scales. My only choice so far is the Guild M-140 (24.9" scale, 57mm bridge spacing and 1 3/4" nut width).

It's a shame you can't travel back in time 6 or 7 years, as that's when Recording King was making some excellent short-scale OM size, all-solid guitars at great prices. (I bought one at the time and have since bought two more secondhand) Never had any problems with lifting bridges but then again they are making a different range now.

Thanks, Matt. I think the 318 & 328 have a short scale but not the decent string spacing at the nut. The Ros11 ticks all boxes I think but I'd rather not have the electronics it comes with and RK no longer have a UK importer I'm led to believe.
