I am putting up this guitar for sale to fund a custom build.

The guitar is in Northern Ireland, UK now.

It is with the luthier as caretaker who is building my custom order.

This 2019 Froggy Bottom H-12 Deluxe Adi/EIR I purchased new and only owner.

It is by far the most powerful acoustic I ever have.

The condition I would put it as mint except for few small dings from string ball ends on upper bout (see last photo).

The rest is spotless, scratch-less and shine like day one.

Set up is on the low side but spare saddle will be included to adjust to your liking.

Have the pick guard removed and bridge slotted to increase the string angle by the dealer’s tech guy.
