Hello All, I'm new to this forum and hoping the wisdom of crowds out there may be able to help me. I am trying to find out where I can buy replacement rubber grips for my Snark tuner. One of the rubber grips on the tuner became detached and lost, making the tuner massively less sensitive. It seems crazy to have to buy a new tuner for the want of a small rubber grip. I have checked the Snark website and my local music store, all without success. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance, Emby

Hi emby, I'd maybe try a dollop of silicone... I doubt this would react with a finish but... *end of disclaimer*

How about a couple of layers of bicycle inner tube attached with some contact adhesive

An adhesive backed cork pad? Like the kind of thing you put on the underside of vases, Poundland?

I have one of these and one of the rubber feet fell off too - I used a drop of epoxy to reattach it. But more annoying is the fact that fairly often it just refuses to work. Usually, much cussing ensues and eventually just before I go to bin it it starts working again - I know others have had similar experiences with this (imperfect) tuner ...

From new, they are great. I I have had a few over the years, and most have broken, due to the shearing of one of the three plastic lugs on the the back of the tuner head.
Recently I have bought a couple of cheap tuners off Ebay, and they have been fine.

That happens to my black one too. Most annoying. It doesn't happen to my red one, but it is held together with superglue and parcel tape... and has now lost the rubber grip as well!! I like the red snarks but they break really easily, or at least they do in my hands. I need to invest in something more robust.

I had this problem and contacted Snark customer service, michelle@snarktuners.com. They sent me 2 replacement pads in a couple of days. I was impressed!
