Reported earlier on my lunch starter. Can now reveal the following: Main: slices of gently killed and cured pig buttock on a bed of baby spinach leaves enrobed in finest thick sliced white bread. (ie. Ham sandwich) Sweet: a trio of twice baked confections made from hand picked oats and sugar, half covered in milk chocolate. ( 3 choc Hob-nobs) Coffee. Keith

Excellent report, Keith. Particularly like the detail about the care taken in slaughtering the swine's buttock. Niiice Hob-nobs are, of course, the biscuits of champions.

Milk chocolate hob nobs are amazing. Not keen on plain chocolate. Think Shortbread is actually the king of biscuits though.

Shortbread - oh yes! But not those silly big round ones that you're supposed to break into triangles. just the thick finger ones. A real man's biscuit there Rodders! Keith

Those round ones are ridiculous, doing the biscuit makers job for them! Quite like those biscuits that are a bit coconuty and have a line of chocolate through the middle. Always love those Hovis ones you get in Cheese biscuit selections!
