Gorgeous - really shows off the sustain and the treble/bass ends - I was really enjoying the beginning with just the melody, and then those majestic basses come along. Oh yes! Keith

Amazing work all round! Lovely sounding guitar, especially those rich basses. Superb playing Jonny. Nicely recorded too.

Looks and sounds great Jonny, congrats! It's always a priviledge to hear someone play my tunes or arrangements, even more so when they put something of themselves into them as you did with Dark Island.

Jonny amazing sound and playing - what a phenomenal guitar to explore - it will change the way you play for sure. I did reply earlier but it seems to have disappeared into oblivion.
Great stuff

Wow! That really does sound like a "proper" guitar! I particularly enjoyed "The Dark Island".. I think this one might be a keeper...? If not..can I be first in line..?

Thanks Keith, Robbie, Mark, Sigmadel and Andrew.
It's a pleasure to play your arrangements Mark, they seem to suit the guitar well.
Yes you are right Andrew... won't be flogging this one to fund another. If it were similar to the Sobell I wouldn't be able to justify keeping it, but it couldn't be more different - both great, but both very different.

Thanks for your kind words... next up is another of Mark's arrangements that really shows off the sustain... sorry about the vid, there's a Matrix moment and I had to extend the vid as I played a version that was too short... Great sounding guitar and even better playing! A bit OT but I really like this style of music (Celtic Fingerstyle?) which a few people around here (robbiej for example) seem to play but I don't know which artists are known for tis style - where would be a good place to start?

Well, you could listen to the arranger of two of these pieces, Mark Thomson (a fellow forum member) or someone like Tony McManus.
