All you have to do is write a review for an item you've bought from them. I was given a 5 euro voucher for a short review; maybe you get more if you write a longer review. I wrote three for items I bought a year ago and it still worked. Pays for strings or a cable, or postage...
Cheers

Here's how to do it: login to your account on Thomann and check your previous orders and click on the "Details" plus sign. The list of your order contents ought to have a "Rate Product" button. When you do this you can rate the product with stars and write a review.
The site I got this info says you can receive a voucher up to 50 euros!!!

I've written reviews in the past - the vouchers do have expiry dates though, I went to use one recently (admittedly after a couple of months) and it had expired. Jonny's suggestion of using it for strings etc. is a good one, rather than waiting for a big purchase.
I think Thomann's a good shop to check even without the vouchers - I've bought a few things like gigbags and banjo tuners that were not available, or not available cheaply, in the UK.

I have always been happy with DV24 though others have had bad experiences. There is nothing to worry about with Thomann's. I have recently used SX Pro who will marginally beat Thomann's prices but they don't carry much stock (or so it seems to me).

I've done 3 reviews and got nowt. How long did it take to get the vouchers? They emailed mine straight away. It's not actually a voucher, just an email with a number that you enter when you next make an order. I've used mine already!
