I echo the views of mandovark regarding the Marshall AS50R. I like some of the sounds I can get out of it but none of them are a true representation of my acoustic guitar. It will be for sale shortly. I go through a Behringer Xenyx 1202FX mixer into the PA: a lovely acoustic sound and it has a nice chorus (and other) effect as well. I put my vocal mic and mic-ed up electric amp through it too to allow me more control.

I have a Schertler UNICO and I love it. The sound is incredible and handles a vocal mic with ease.

Here's another idea:
For what's worth I came across a pre owned Trace Elliot TA 40, and that's a clean sound , works fine and is more than too good enough for the just home use I give it , but it lets you practice using live sound and it has all the usual ins and outs.....
Best regs Peter
