Martin or Keith , please feel free to move this if its not in the correct section . I had Clara out last night (guitar , not person) and gave her a clean up with some polish and lemon oil and I emptied out the pocket in the case. Whilst doing this , I thought , I wonder what folk keep in there ? Id read an interview with a popular artist recently and read that he keeps his mobile charger , toothpaste and brush and spare socks ! So heres my personal itinerary .
Two spare 9v batteries A three pack of D'Addario EJ16 A wee tub of my favourite plecktrums , Dunlop .48 & .53 Some Fred Kelly thumbpicks Kyser capo (soon to be a planet waves) A laminated name and address card (In case I get lost) š A wist straplock for the heel in case of catastrophies A Korg pitchblack clip on tuner (In case the one on the guitar packs in) A Planet waves winder/cutter tool And a small philips screwdriver . I roll my strap up and store that in the little space thats left , where the cutaway is .
Thats mine , so whats in yours ? Dont be bashfull , any bras , y fronts , razors ? š

sigmadel - Looks like as good a place as any to post this Derek! My case compartments/gig bag pockets are mostly full of.............................................fluff! Plus a capo or three (PW NS and/or Newport) and at least one set of spare strings. That's all. Thumbpicks/flatpicks decorate my guitar headstocks, strap lies on top of guitar, as does some sort of duster/cloth. "Maintenance" type stuff, tools, batteries etc go in a separate zip up wallet thing that comes along with me to most places. It's been a very long time since there were any bras in my guitar case, though my spare T-shirt, knicks and socks have been known on occasion; as have sandwiches, Polo mints, whisky (miniatures) etc. There. I hope you all feel better for knowing that! Keith

I'm afraid mine is very boring. Two Shubb capos, a clip-on tuner, a Dunlop slide and a few plectrums.
The gig bags for my electric and bass are sometimes a bit more interesting - last summer I found a stack of unopened Christmas cards in one of them.
