It was certainly worth paying for quality/analogue mastering. Just gives the right emphasis to the beautiful playing. Am listening to this a lot.

CD arrived this morning :-) I'm ripping it atm to get in into my digital library and will most probably listen to it for the rest of the day And look what I've found! this post I wrote on March, 31, 2013.... I guess I'm a Phil fan. I already mentioned it and I won't hesitate to repeat it: should you ever decide to record a CD, please let me know. I'd like to have it asap. Again a great tune Phil. Your kind of music is eaxactly what I like most.

may add something.
I own a lot of CD's of Acoustic Guitar Music. All in all maybe some 150, from A, like Adrian Legg, Al Petteway and Alex deGrassi via Duck Baker, El McMeen, Howard Emerson, Ian Melrose, Isato Nakagawa, Jens Kommnick, John Renbourn, Klaus Weiland, Leo Kottke, Michael Fix, Pat Kirtley, Pierre Bensusan, Stefan Grossman and quite a few more until my all time favourite Tony McManus closes the circle.
I hear this music a lot, so I think I can claim that I know what I'm talking about.
I'm listening to your CD now, ripped in flac-quality, over my beloved Bose headphones. Phil, I have absolutely no idea how you did it, but One Year On is among the best of them all. Not only in terms of musical aspects, but also in terms of arrangement and recording.
A huge Congrats on this CD. It's a masterpiece.
Due to a little accident I had which keeps me to my home until May at least, I will have plenty of time to listen to your music. and I'm very looking forward to this :-)

Ooh, Bernd that sounds painful. Glad to hear you're making good use of the time, though.
Hope it heals really quickly.
