It's the spalted sycamore and walnut that caught my eye. Phil's guitars looked 'classy'. Thanks for the alert forestdweller, I don't think that the news was posted last time I visited the site (early this morning). Cheers, Dale

Great video. Thanks for answering a question that I was going to ask during the video - about the neck being made of laminated strips! I recall a local guitar player with a 70s Jedson Les Paul copy that had a neck of similar construction. Looking forward to seeing the bass back in one piece. Thanks for posting garynava. Dale

I like the fact that you want it to stay looking like a used instrument. Nicely done garynava.

If I go straight into Cubase or Studio One, I still get the same mains interference so it's stand alone for me, I'm afraid Dale

I too have a Zoom H2N which I use standalone - it solved a problem I had with main interference when trying to record using a PC, audio interface and stereo mic set up. It sounds great on the MS setting.
I now have a matched pair of Rode M5s and Rode stereo bar (used once only) and a Samson CL7 and cradle sitting idle.
The Zoom is perfect for good quality archiving of arrangements etc.
So, I'm with Keith.

Watched this yesterday, on YT. Very interesting to see how you 'cured' the neck bow. Any ideas about what you will do with the electrics? Thanks for posting garynava .
