Great cover.
Serious question - do covers matters in the streaming age?
"Alexa. Play me some Pistol Pete."
I don't particularly like it, but a lot of the time these days I have no idea what track I'm listening to or what album it comes from. "Alexa, what am I listening to?" works, but interrupts the song.

Great cover. Serious question - do covers matters in the streaming age? To me yes. Apart from feeling cheated without one I store all my music on my phone so having a cover helps me find the album I want.

I think that in many ways they are as important as they've ever been. How else are you going to stand out from the other acts someone hasn't heard before in the 'discover' tab on Spotify?

Last year on the 22nd September I arrived in the Belgian city of Liège after a broken night's sleep in a strange motel on the edge of Dunkirk, a three-hour drive through thunderstorms and most of a packet of cardboard-flavoured supermarket croissants. I spent an hour or so wandering around the town, taking a few photos of the sights. I found some cool looking albums by my mate Richard's Uncle Pete in a dusty second-hand record shop but didn't have enough Euros with me to get them. Then, a little later after I had checked into my accommodation, I played for a lovely warm crowd at Blues-sphere and the club were kind enough to offer to record the show for me. The resulting album Live At Liège is out today. Listen to it via Spotify: spoti.fi/2U6QeBdApple Music: apple.co/2uzjykAor your favourite streaming service. Download it free from Bandcamp: bit.ly/2UnUBqY

They do help. I use Spotify on Xbox and TV, and pick out albums visually when I'm looking for something to listen to.

Another fan of covers here; I mainly listen via iTunes on my phone and without my glasses can’t read the titles but can pick an album cover
