Me neither. But they look like they're having a lot of fun and I did feel a sense of exploration and wonder, like it wasn't just me but the whole world that was hearing this music for the first time.
And watching them gives a bit of that back to me.

And watching them gives a bit of that back to me. Ditto I was 17 or 18 when the Tracey Chapman song came out and every time I heard it that summer I thought it would break my heart. I haven't felt that for a long time but watching him listen to it for the first time made me feel it again. Something similar with Phil Collins. You can't buy that. It's a great feeling.

Funnily enough I was about the same age when I first heard it, and felt a decent dose of nostalgia watching this...something about hearing the song for the first time again through someone else’s ears - and it made me smile.

I've been listening to a load of stuff since I was these two a couple of days ago and it's like it's become fresh again. Dignity by Deacon Blue blew me away today. It's a long time since that happened. That first verse is just about perfect. Well the whole song is, but what a way to start it.

Just listened to Money for Nothing by Dire Straits. Smiling like I just had my first puff.

I admit I rather like watching people reacting to first time listens of my favourite songs. Helps put me in mind of the wonder that I felt at that first listening and in some ways it helps keep those songs extra special.
