Any ideas on how best to repair a hiscox case? Mine has suffered a blow that his cracked the outer shell it's minor but I wanted something a bit better than gaffer tape!

Andy,
Give Hiscox a ring at 01543571420 and see what they recommend.

... they are a v helpful bunch at Hiscox - I emailed them earlier this week about case catches and velour covered pads for inside cases - upshot was they have put me the 4 catches and 4 bumpers I need in the post, free of charge. Exemplary service!

Yep! Agree they are a great company. I too was sent replacement catches, rivots, and even instructions how to fit them.

My first thought was to contact Hiscox that was over a week ago and there's been no reply as yet

Well I finally got a reply from Hiscox and it worked but it took a bit of believing. Their suggestion was to go over the crack with a soldering iron
