Hi,
New thread for people to add to; 'different' can be anything you like so long as it has acoustic connections.
This one is certainly 'different' and his guitar bit at about 1 minute is incredible.

Very good harp guitar. Put me in mind of Muriel Anderson.
I came across this classic a couple of weeks ago - not sure if it's 'different' enough but it is acoustic and has a choir.

I may have shared this before but one of my favourite Christmas albums is Christmas On Big Island by The Blue Hawaiians. It features many of your favourite Christmas classics - performed in the style of an early 60s surf guitar group.

Grace Petrie’s Christmas song is grand…
I’d post a link but even I, tone deaf to the sensibilities of others as I am, recognise it as being a teeny bit political.
I’m sure anyone who’s interested can find it on that there YouTube, though 😀

I particularly liked Jackson Browne's The Rebel Jesus. I've never heard it before and thought the lyrics quite profound.

I discovered John Kirkpatrick's "Chariots" last year. It's great for a pub singalong!

Two lovely songs (that I also enjoy sInging) - hope you enjoy them - Love both of these. I've been more and more into Jackson Browne's songs lately and this one is very poignant with a message I find pretty well hits the mark. (Although not Xmassie I think his 'Lives in the Balance' is also extremely relevant even so many years later than when he wrote it).

Good laugh, thanks for posting. I could almost get to like the banjo. On second thoughts though ....................
