Oh no, what a sad loss. RIP.
Wonderful musical legacy though.

Saw him live a few years ago. His voice was still immaculate! RIP.

Yes, another of my faves has died. Got quite a few Crosby, Stills and Nash albums. Shame but he was a good age at 81. Having read his autobiography and what he got up to that's quite an accomplishment. Phil PS as a registered curmudgeon I'm pleased to see nobody has said 'passed away' so far on this thread. Hate the phrase.......

There was a thread on the Pasoti (Plymouth Argyle Supporters on the Internet - but everyone knows that) forum named 'FFS will people please stop dying'.

So talented he made it look effortless.
To be fair, given his lifestyle, 81 not a bad innings

We actually saw Crosby & Nash at Manchester Free Trade in 1976 or 77 and they were great then saw them again at the Bridgewater Hall and the sound was absolutely terrible but I think it was were we were sat along the narrow bits down the side of the circle should have complained really.
Crosby was high at the first concert but was brilliant. Just two guys with acoustic guitars and of course those voices........

I saw him sing with Graham Nash at The Royal Albert Hall - at a David Gilmour concert. Amazing - and most of Pink Floyd playing too - Richard Wright and Nick Mason.
