Mine has disintegrated completely - haven't considered replacing it as it looks quite I think. Keith

Contact AER. I’ve found them helpful in the past.

I'm having the same problem with my AER 60.
I contacted AER and they got back to me quickly with a quote. While I would have considered forking out 14 euro for the foam, the quoted 50 euro shipping cost to Australia was somewhat of a "dealbreaker".
Given Keith's apparent predilection for "naked" AERs, I may just follow suit...

The Monacor foam you found on Amazon looks ideal to me. It's reasonably priced and frankly I can't imagine there is anything out there that would be significantly better? Given that it is designed for speakers and is 10mm thick, which sounds perfect, I'd be tempted to go for it. Good luck!!
