I doubt it very much, standard frets are often described as being German Silver. The only guitar I know that was made with solid silver frets (tuners and nut as well) was Antonio de Torres tour de force FE08.

I think silver wood wear down to the fretboard on a steel strung guitar in short order followed by a somewhat longer period of usefulness on a nylon strung guitar. And, what is German Silver? Okay.
