Just so you know Monsieur Howell, I already have a worldwide patent pending and am certainly not averse to litigation... having said that I do find the back of my Torridge to be an excellent all-round surface on which to carve the Sunday roast. Try it at home and let me know what you think. I'll use my old Martin. You wouldn't be able to tell the knife marks from the belt scars!
