A few months ago I bought a 42inch smart TV (best think since sliced bread!!) and because I now have lots of lovely time to indulge in my guitar obsession (playing/writing/watching/listening/reading) I have just spent a superb hour and 35 minutes watching this on YT. Fantastic Regards Phil

I'd very much like to play jazz guitar- well, gypsy jazz really. I feel that there must be a key to it, Phil, know what I mean ? A sort of ' Rosetta scale ' that bridges guitar languages.
Nice post and very enjoyable playing. A lot of the opening fell a tad behind the beat though. Maybe that's a characteristic of readers playing together ?

Very nice! I saw Larry Coryell live in Montreal about 25 years ago. Absolutely blew my mind with a full solo rendition of Rhapsody in Blue. Lovely.

I listen to gypsy jazz quite a lot - love Django's stuff of course Phil

Me too. I've got a cheapo SX moustache guitar - great for the money- which I'm looking forward to playing about with over the hols.
I couldn't do what those boys in your vid. are doing though. I'm waaaaaay too undisciplined for anything approaching that.
