I went to the north American guitar co. yesterday, wow what a fantastic place, it's a shop but not a shop if that makes sense you normally have to make an appointment to view these guitars which, I've got to say are just brilliant, the fella also showed me his guitar, and told me the story behind the tree from which it's built and, the price !! lets just say a lot. very nice fella by the way, well worth a visit but, make sure you've got a well loaded credit card. Check out the hand made straps that he's selling, very nice thenorthamericanguitar.com/?gclid=CNOCye_nlMUCFQcewwod_aYADQ also the story behind what he described as The Tree very interesting www.acousticmagazine.com/features/wild-wood-the-greatest-mahogany-ever/

That'll be Michael Watts. He's a member here and, as you say, a lovely chap. Damn fine guitar player.
