At the London Acoustic show my son fell for this little lass which is a bit of a surprise in that he's, like me, quite a big lad. But he liked the feel and soft touch of the short scale, loved the tone and surprising volume for such a wee lassie and also the 'scoop' instead of a cutaway which allows him access above the 12th fret (some might consider it a bit naff? but actually its very effective without losing much of the body volume).
He got an excellent discount by waiting until the show closed and they were packing up. Overall for a solid wood guitar plus electrics and Faith build at under £600 seems a good buy?

I enjoyed playing the scooped Faith parlour at the show-good tactics waiting for them to pack away then striking a bargain.Didn't work for me on the Lowden stand though! Glad it went a good home.

Nice! I don't suppose he would let you "borrow" it and bring it to Halifax for us to try?

Hi . I have a faith mercury scoop in black gloss. It is lovely to play and sounds great picked or strummed.
