This story is an example of great customer service from Project Music in Exeter.
They had a very slightly damaged Waterloo WL14 at a great price on their website a few months ago. I don’t live anywhere near Exeter but the price was right so I made the purchase without playing the guitar. The photo of the top on the website showed a tiny nick which I was more than happy to live with. Unfortunately, during setup prior to dispatch the top got another ding. Project Music offered to try and repair the damage and I waited a few weeks. The next call was to tell me that the repair hadn’t gone too well, but they were willing to order me a new guitar to replace the damaged one! They even sent me the damaged one to play for a few weeks until the new one arrived, keeping me updated with regular telephone calls. I got the new one this Monday and I’m very pleased indeed. It’s a great guitar and the service I’ve had from Project Music has been outstanding, which kind of adds to the appreciation!

Fat/thin neck, non or adjustable truss neck? Heard great things about them. The new ones seem amazing as well, the Kel Kroydon in particular.

I've also dealt with Project Music at Exeter and have nothing but praise for them. Their after-sales service is second to none. Thoroughly recommended.

I was in there last Monday. Good shop. Guitars all security wired but no problem for them to release each one when requested Phil
