I really fancy something vintage. Any advice on buying vintage stuff? I know there are a lot of fakes about as well as buying vintage stuff that's a dog end. What to look for? Where's good to buy?
Many thanks.

I'm no expert on vintage guitars but there are a couple of dealers I know. These guys usually have a good selection although, being in Denmark Street, they are not exactly cheap. notomguitars.com/Very good service though and they will look for something specific. These have some nice vintage stuff as well but tend to have more electric than acoustic - but worth keeping an eye on: guitarvillage.co.uk/

you need to really do your home work on what you fancy n don't rush into buying something. vintage guitars can be nice to own but also can be very costly mistakes.
