Didn't notice that before, but I'll watch for it in the next episode.

Many of the characters are named after guitars
Gillian Anderson is named after two - Stella & Gibson Jamie Dornan - Spector Basses John Lynch - Burns guitars
Others include Benedetto guitars Eastwood guitars Martin PRS Hagstrom Rick Turner James Olson
And others!
Safe to say the guy who wrote isn't just a guitar player but a major geek!

Has she got that serial killer yet? I gave it up after the first series when the killer made so many mistakes Clouseau would have caught him in ten minutes, and there were plot holes you could drive the Titanic, that iceberg and Greenland through without any of them touching the sides.

I remember some years ago reading of a scriptwriter who used names from the football club he supported, so this sort of thing is not unknown. Unfortunately I can't remember the which programme it was, but I think the club was Norwich City. People using real names randomly chosen from their hobby seems a good, fun idea.

Although it was unlikely that the killer evaded capture for so long, I stuck with it as I found I quite enjoyed it anyway. Same this series, although if much more is based in the hospital, I think they really need to rename it 'Casualty'

The show with the football connection that I know of was New Tricks with lots of references to West Bromwich Albion players and ground. May have been others of course. Was there ever a football team featuring Wilson, Walker, Jones and er Mainwaring?

I never noticed. Too busy wondering whether Gibson's expression will ever change. She must have Botoxed her entire face.

Ah hah! So THAT'S why I found the series so strangely unfulfilling. There's no DC Dobro, Sergeant National or Chief Constable Regal in the programme at all.
