I can't point you to a brand with a larger, large size. Fred Kelly's Delrin nylon picks, which many here laud, as fairly soft so their largest might be okay. The Delrin pinch band is easier on the thumb contrasted with the usual 1mm celluloid types. I used the Speed and Slick picks for a long time and then switched to the 1mm celluloid Planet Waves tortoise picks. The Delrin can be kind of slappy because of its easy flexibility. Celluloid doesn't suffer from that. That's my current pick. I use it for strumming and single string picking as well. My thumb is also large, or so I'm told by coworkers, but the Planet Wave pick suits me.

I'm a bit late to this thread but didn't want to let it pass by without a recommendation for Blue Chip picks. I've had several of their thumb picks since discovering them a few years back and now I cant live without them. The "frame"is metal with the actual pick part being made out of Blue Chip's proprietary pick material which is probably as close to the sound of actual flesh as one can get. The "frame" can be bent and shaped to fit any thumb (my thumbs are courtesy of a long forgotten Cro Magnon ancestor) and the pick material can be trimmed/filed to any desired length. They are pricey but, IMO, worth every penny. shop.bluechippick.net/categories/Thumb-Pick/

I find the Fred Kelly speed pick has a great tone, more crisp than anything else i have tried, problem for me is that they seem to loosen up up when warm/old

However, I've had mine for going on 6 years (and, as an added bonus my thumb no longer turns purple) so it's all good. YMMV and all that good stuff.
