Another terrible photo from my terrible phone, fretboard glued with the truss rod in, neck carved, it's very nearly ready to glue the neck in, waiting for the tuners to arrive so I can cut the tuner slots first, need to slot the fretboard to the right depth, and decide if I want to radius it or not, I believe the originals weren't so on this one I might do it for benefit of playing slide I've also given up in the tailpiece for this one, I realised very quickly the brass was too thick and was all very un-ideal, eventually for future models I will make a template and make my own from, on this one it's getting a modified 6 string resonator tailpiece  |

Theres been quite a bit going on on the 12 string lately Got the Tuner slots cut, this was my first time doing a slotted headstock (theres a lot of firsts in this project (did I mention it's my first acoustic, diving in at the deep end a little  ) then got the fretboard slotted to depth and the frets installed   Then it came to the part I don't like, finishing, although I've only built up a first initial thick coat which I'll knock down level then build up with thinner coats, though this is my first attempt at at brushing on shellac, so far so good it seems    |

Here's a quick vaguely remembered version of a Blind Willie McTell Classic, this thing is a bit of a cannon, very loud even going lightly on it
