I finally got around to selling my sailboat and gave the money to the Mrs. to pay down some credit cards. She had some left over and kindly used it to buy me a new Guild for Xmas. Ain't she a peach? Attachment Deleted

The guitar looks nice and yes your Mrs is a real keeper. So, what model is it and let's see some more photos please.

It's a solid wood mahogany/spruce D140CE from their "Westerly Collection". Lovin it. By the way I'm still figuring out how to post pics here. They're coming up very small on my side. How do they look to you?

..clicking on them brings up a big version - excellent! Congrats on the guitar, and the Mrs!

BUT - I guess you've uploaded directly to this site via the "add attachment" button - this certainly works, but has several drawbacks - limited size of upload; the Forum has very limited storage itself, and it's now almost full! and the images are small, though enlarge on clicking.
Best advice, as I posted earlier in another thread, is to use somewhere like Imgur and copy/paste the appropriate link by the side of each uploaded pic into your post. You can chose the size there too. (Large thumbnail works well). No probs re limit on image size either.

^^ Thanks. For some reason Google Photos just isn't cooperating. Imgur does sound like my next best step.

If she'd bought you a canoe I was going to suggest you get a Martin Backpacker. They make great paddles.

Hello! Yes, this baby is just awesome. Real peach. Nothing beats the amazing warmth and sound of a real acoustic guitar. I have great tools in different genres. You understand what I mean. There are days when you just have a serene mood, and you just slowly pick up the strings that sing like the sea. And sometimes I want to growl and howl like a beast in your hands. Then I take one of my favorite electric bestelectricguitars.reviews/best-electric-guitars-under-500/. One of my recent acquisitions of EPIPHONE LES PAUL STANDARD. Such a good old classic sound of Gibson.
