My main worry is the frets. When I bought my Martin 7 years ago or so, it had obviously had a hard life and the frets were quite worn. I needed to have a new pick up fitted so it had to go to the tech anyway and I asked him whether it needed a refret. He said there was no need. I could have it stoned and levelled to remove the string pits. I didn’t get a break down of the cost, but he supplied and fitted a K&K, set up the guitar and stoned and levelled the frets for £180. So I’m guessing the stoning and levelling at about £50. Which is a lot less than a refret. Looks great, that guitar. Great clean top for a 70’s guitar, and a bit of buckle rash on the back gives it character. The odd tuner doesn’t look too bad at all. It’s always worth having a cheap guitar around for all sorts of reasons. Nice buy.

Thanks. I needed that.
Oh dear. Now I've started thinking about the Yummingbird again.
