Mr Cockney Rebel has died. Rather sad. I enjoyed his 70s hits and the sense of humour in a lot of his lyrics. My favourite line of his, from Mr Soft being, "Don't you know, life gets tedious enough without this extra grudge to bear". Quality.

Definitely, as he's younger than I am. At some future point I can hopefully respond to his request, "Come up and see me, make me smile." Love that recording, which is great to start with and lifted even higher by Jim Cregan's brilliant acoustic solo. Sadly, it was something of a swan song for Cockney Rebel. RIP. Keith

Same age as me as well. But unlike me he did it all.
RIP Steve.
