This is mine It's carbon fibre made by Emerald in Ireland, info on a similar one www.emeraldguitars.com/mainblog/alistairs-top-10-of-2012-5-x20-os-12strings/I love 12 strings but have had years of trouble maintaining, playing and keeping them in tune hence CF, this stays in tune plays easily and intonates right up the neck. There are probably better sounding wood 12s with more overtones etc but that's not necessarily something I want in a 12 considering my playing style which is ornamented (ie busy) strumming. But yes it's handmade, just not using traditional methods.

I actually really like that very much . I had mine out this evening , left the house 1and a half degrees , got to rehearsals -2 degrees sat her onstage for around an hour or so whilst we checked all the mics , monitors and DIs then plugged the guitars in and I hardly had to touch the tuning at all now that's impressive for a 12 . The underarm scoop/bevel on your CF guitar looks very comfortable too .

I like how the different components are also price listed so if you want say a cutaway and Adirondack spruce top then you know what its going to cost you up front .

Ralph Bown builds some amazing 12 string guitars. There's a pic of one here: And here is one being put to rather good use!
