It feels reassuringly secure so I've dispensed with the bit of wire which used to secure my strap to its button. Can't be bad.

I've bought two and put them on at the weekend. They are very secure, but I was amazed at how different an increase of about an inch and a half in strap length felt. I may need to adjust the strap lengths now. I'll leave it for a week to see whether I get used to it first.

But they really do feel secure. Very pleased with them, and may now buy another 3 for my other guitars with that type of strap button.
