Martin kindly brought An Féa Caol to Glasgow Central Station today. The handover took place in Gordon Street Coffee over a, well, a coffee. I made a wee vlog of the day and have done some recordings. Here's the vlog for now to whet your appetites. First impressions are very good indeed! d.tube/#!/v/camuel/anx3090uLink to blog post in case that URL doesn't load... An Féa Caol

Cracking vlog, Cams although I'm not sure about that dodgy beardy bloke near the start. Has the look of a complete chancer to me

Good stuff - lovely to see and hear Anthea again. She's quite something. Looking forward to further music and thoughts!

Enjoyed the blog Cams - you and Anthea seem to be getting along nicely - and I'm looking forward to the musical videos. Lawson's Cypress is a . . . . cypress As in spruce, cedar, redwood, cypress, fir, larch, pine, yew etc it's a conifer - also known as Port Orford Cedar in guitar making circles. But it's not a cedar it's a cypress If you haven't already seen it the picture documentary of Anthea's birth is here on another Forum thread.

Fantastic video, Cams...look forward to seeing more. The sustain is something common to all Dave's instruments; I love 'em Martin - meeting in a coffee shop - you on the decaf?

Great video Cams - you bring out the qualities of the guitar beautifully. Nice to hear Anthea again. I think you'll find that your comment "I'm going to have a lot of fun with this" is going to prove very true indeed! Enjoy! Mark

Thanks for the feedback folks. I didn't know that cypress and Port Orford were the same thing.
Anyway, here's a video I also recorded on Sunday. I've a couple more to edit. Hope to get back to the guitar and do some recording at the weekend.
