...um, I kind of have stopped wanting new guitars. I'm happy with the 4 acoustics I own and I intend to get rid of one of them.
Unfortunately I have a serious microphone addiction - a curse of being an obsessive home-recording enthusiast. I buy and sell microphones (more buying than selling, of course) at a rate of about one every 8 weeks.

I’d like to be in the position to commission a new guitar to my liking from a respected luthier. If I ever was in that position I might well do that, but as I’m not,,,,,,,,,,

I have aspirations... I know there are both experts and neophytes on the forum. Could include how to generate the video, too. Peter

I was going to write that I've stopped buying any more guitars, but then last Sunday I saw an advert on facebook marketplace for a Taylor Big Baby and I didn't resist.

I *think* I've stopped, although I will probably buy a parlour one day. I currently have too many for the space available and so really need to reduce the herd. With this in mind I did advertise one of my guitars recently, got some interest, then took the guitar out to check it over and realised how lovely it is, so I withdrew the guitar from sale...
