Excellent. If they could just train that dog to scratch itself in time they could really make it big.

Yup - they're great. This video is missing their usual female vocalist Erica Lewis who fascinates me. The "boss" is cornet player Shaye Cohn - daughter of Al Cohn (esteemed modern jazz sax player). One for the nerds - what is that reso? Here's one with Erika on form ;

But would it be so much fun busking in a rainy British town centre on a Tuesday morning with a policeman sharpening his pencil on his stab vest?

I don't know if you know this. Ewan Bleach, the clarinettist on your clip, is from Oxford, and plays in a few bands in London. I've become a bit of a Tuba Skinny addict I think, I listen to them a lot. I think I haven't heard a band as integrated as this for ages. This morning I was listening to 'I Get the Blues' and found myself listening to the music and blocking out Erica's voice - the backing is, I think, perfect. And then the voice on top. They always make me smile - not a bad thing. Then there's the dancing around the kitchen thing, but we won't mention that.
Sorry to hear about the hand - you're still breathing though - so that's good.

A bit late finding this thread, but I'm a fan too. I discovered them by accident (on Facebook I think) and then spent hours watching their Youtube videos. I was suprised (and really disappointed) to find that 3 of the videos were recorded last year at free open-air concerts at Andernos, just up the road from me ! If I manage to include it, here's a video of them last year in France sharing the stage with a Spanish band, sharing a common language and having a great time.

After about 4 bars I have a smile on my face. Ah well, there's no hope I suppose There's quite a few youtube videos of last year's tour in France - you'll have found them, no doubt.
